Steel type influences loads of aspects you should keep in mind before buying tweezers, for example, optimal weight. If you make an effort while working and your hand gets tired, think of buying other tweezers made of lighter steel. And more importantly, steel type makes it possible or impossible to sterilize which we have to do before every procedure.
